Once I authorize return and send them label, do i still need to respond to messages?

Once you authorize the return and provide the label, there is no need for any further correspondence.

If the buyer does not show the item shipped by the end of 5 business days, you can close the return.  Once tracking shows the item has been delivered back to you in the same condition as you sent it, you have 2 days to refund your buyer.
