Not able to print my return label

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this error message when trying to print my return label?  "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."  I've tried to print this out on several different computers and they all saying the same thing.

Where is your seller located?  If they are an international seller, then the return address might be an international address.

 

In this case, eBay cannot generate a return label, and the label needs to be provided by the seller or you need to purchase it independently of eBay.

 

  • If the original product location is based in the United States (your home country), then the return location must also be in the United States.  The seller should provide a domestic return address.  If the seller wants it returned to an international location, then the seller must provide a label OR they must send funds to your PayPal account for you to purchase international shipping that has tracking to their location.
  • If this is a remorse return (wrong size, didn't like, etc.) then you are responsible for paying for return shipping.
  • If this is a Money Back Guarantee claim (broken, doesn't match description, etc.) then the seller is responsible for paying for return shipping.

In addition to orangehound's reply, you might try downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and use that as your default reader for PDF files instead of your browser's reader.
