No tracking number on my order

I find this very weird, i did not recieve any kind of shipping number or tracking. The seller doesnt anser my PM's, and i cant contact Ebay for assistance. Its due in two days, but under all theese circomstances i wanted to ask.

In 2 days you can open an Item Not Received (INR) request.  Unless the seller can provide online viewable tracking you will be refunded 3 days later.

Just to be precise, you can file an INR AFTER the item is estimated to be delivered; in other words, if the item is estimated to be delivered on September 6 (two days from now), you can open an INR on September 7 (three days from now).

The seller isn't required to a)ship with tracking b)furnish the tracking number if it exists and c)mark the order shipping. But they should communicate with you.
