New buyer with weird address?

I sold an item on eBay and I saw the buyer is brand new as of today no feedback, which ok fine I understand. But the address looked a bit weird so I googled it and it looks like an RV park in a rural area?

am I overthinking it? I haven’t shipped yet.

We all started at zero. Good on you to check the address beforehand. 

My only suggestion is if the item is expensive, can you afford to lose it?

Is there some particular reason why the trailer park worries you?

Well it’s a resort not a trailer park nothing to do with the fact it is trailers.. Looks like luxury airstreams rentals. Just figured it was odd to have the item shipped to a resort and there would be some kind of room number or something..

I sell to zero feedback buyers everyday as well as trailer spaces and RV parks. I'm sure the dude toured in his RV with the Grateful Dead back in the day.

I am not sure why you are so concerned. You could be shipping to Carmel California where they do not have street addresses.

Ship to the address eBay provided with the payment. Doesn't  it say OK to ship?

Where I travel there are lots of seasonal trailer/rv parks where people spend the entire Summer. You are correct that in a traditional permanent trailer park there is usually a lot number but for a seasonal/vacation park I suspect the the mail all goes to the park office and people pick up from there.

There are times when you have to think outside the box.  Now that you have clarified that it's a resort, do you not think there are people who rent there for several months and have their mail delivered there? You have to ship to the address you are shown when the buyer pays.
