Greetings All:

Went to ship an item but the page layout has changed -- again. Need to update the weight and dimensions on a package. On the old page there was a reset button to click after inputting the new information. Was going to ship the item in a lighter weight bubble mailer, but the buyer is all the way in Hawaii, so wanted to see what the cost would be if boxed instead for added protecting on the extra long trip. Is there a reset button on the new pages? Thanks.

Are you using the Bulk Shipping label tool or buying postage individually for this one sale? If I look at my orders waiting to be shipped, I still see the option very clearly to change the packagin dimensions, either way. Not sure why it would be different for you.

Ebay did just roll out the new UPS discounted option and that has been added. The layout in the Bulk Shipping screen is slightly different and I had to hunt around for the usual pull down that listed ALL carrier options, which was gone for a couple days. But today it is there in a different location. But as to the choice to change packaging dimensions, I still see that clearly. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

The Update Button used to be to the right of Pounds, Ounces, Length, Width and Depth. I changed the weight and then clicked on that blank space where the button was supposed to be and it did update correctly. The label was missing the top 3/8 inches with the eBay and USPS logos. Otherwise it looked okay.

Thanks @onlinecentral! After scouring for the "replacement button" saw some fine print that appears under them when parameters are changed that said click or hit the enter button. However was not sure if it was for payment or update, so did not try it until your reply.

Just trying to purchase one label. Did manage to change the dimensions, but I have hit the pay button twice with no luck. This simple packing chore has turned into an hour long timesuck!

In order to pay I had to use the bulk shipping tool even though I only need to ship one item. Sure hope that's just a glitch with the new page roll out.

ugh, while i appreciate a new shipping option (UPS), the prices are still higher than fedex every time, so it's not really much of a competition at this point. also, the layout has somehow lost the ability to print on half sheets of the 8x11 paper, which is how we print on adhesive shipping labels. ugh. if anyone can figure out how to do it, please post.
