I live halfway across the world from the US. I purchased an item which the seller promptly mailed out. Although the estimated shipping time was 2 weeks (this was back in November), I gave it extra time because I live outside of the country and the COVID situation. Some time passed and I remembered about this package. It's been stuck in KY for months. Most likely, inspections destroyed it.
It's now February. I opened a case against the seller for a refund. The seller responded that he used GSP, so once it's at their headquarters in KY, he can't do anything about it and to contact Ebay. I've contacted Ebay and the GSP email. GSP never responded and ebay keeps giving me the basic stuff that's obviously copied and pasted such as "Contact the seller, open a case, or contact the police in your state." I stated in the original message that I live OUTSIDE of the US and I've already opened a case! And to call the police in a state I don't live in? Good grief.
I'm at a loss on what to do. (I can't call the hotline as it's a US number and I can't call internationally).
