One envelope doesn`t have any tracking for two weeks (handled it to trustworthy mail carrier, so pretty positive she placed it in right bin), another one Out for delivery also two weeks ago, and no delivery scan.
With latter, after 30 days, I can file the loss and hopefully get $10 back, but what to do with the one, which doesn`t have any activity other than label created?

Before you do anything else, have the buyers claimed non-delivery? If not, they have likely received them. But don't reach out and ask them!
