Money is returned to me, but how ???

Деньги мне возвращают, но как ??? 
Я попросил вернуть деньги за товар, который я заплатил не через pay pal, а через мою банковскую карту. Я получил такое сообщение - (я загружу скриншот). Куда он послал мне деньги, если у меня нет счета платежной системы.

Я попросил вернуть мои деньги за товар, за который я заплатил через мою банковскую карту , а не через Pay Pal. Я получил такое сообщение - (Скриншот загрузил) ... Куда он послал деньги , если у меня нет Pay Pal акаунта ???

No idea what the foreign language says...

The refund looks like it will be processed through PayPal - it will be posted to your original payment method.  So if you used a CC then the payment will show up on your CC statement.  It is not an immediate process and often takes several days before a refund shows on the CC statement or online.  I have often seen it take a week or so, but the date on the CC statement is the date refund was issued.

Apparently it's Russian and it is the issue I thought it was ha. Buyer paid direct with card and is confused because the message says refund by payal.

So let me see if I have this straight.  {Never sure I know what I think I know! } 

Buyer pays with a CC, but seller is not in Managed Payments, therefore the buyer's payments are processed by PayPal.  So would a refund be routed through PayPal on the way back to the buyer's  CC or am I missing a step?

That sounds about right.  When a seller only accepts PayPal eBay still offers the buyer th option to pay with a card without using the buyer having a Paypal account.  But it goes to th sellers PayPal account.  Seller refunds its processed back through PayPal.  For the seller goes directly back to the buyers card for the buyer.  No clue if the buyers statement ever says anything about PayPal

When a buyer uses a CC to pay a PayPal Seller, the transaction gets posted to the CC as "PAYPAL SELLERNAME" (Sellername is whatever name the seller uses on PP)

When the payment is refunded, it will also refer to PayPal
