Missing items using ebay stanadard envelope help request

I used ebay standard envelope and the tracking is not working and the items were not delivered.  One of the sellers opened a not received item and still wanted the item.  I gave that seller and another seller back their

money.  Is there a way to contact ebay for me to let them know that my items did not make it to the seller and

for me to get refunded the money for the missing items through ebay.  Thank you.

I assume that you are the seller and that you meant the buyers did not receive their items.
