I had two packages picked up, one was scanned the same day, the other was being sent to Guam and wasn't scanned until it was ready for pickup in Guam.
I got a late shipment on the package to Guam and my appeal denied. I sent off the package the same day as the order 05/16/2025 and it took USPS until 06/06/2025 to deliver it and release the first scan. I did all I could by shipping it the same day, why am I being penalized for the fault of USPS? I had even made lost package claims on 05/30/2025 which USPS just told me to wait.
I tried talking to eBay support but they said I have to prove that I sent off the item within the handling time, how is someone supposed to prove something like that? I happen to have ring doorbell video footage of the USPS guy picking up the package but not even that can be used as proof.
I have since added US protectants to my exclusion list.
