Today is Jan 1st 2024 I see this problem was 1st reported in July 2022. **bleep** eBay?
Bulk printing DOSE NOT WORK. It formats in 8 1/2 x 11 vs 4 x 6 label. All comments on the forum/message board end with a work around and same old "case has been opened" **bleep**. Why is this still happening.
FYI work around = go to your sold > shipping > all ready shipped > and reprint every label one by one! Major pain in the A** if you have many items to ship.
FIX IT eBay!

Before you print you bulk labels always check the format setting. For some reason it keeps reverting back the half page label. Just set it to 4x6 and print, but then check again the next time until this is fixed.
Or avoid the problem and print with a free PirateShip account, which import from ebay and updates tracking as well as having lower cost services like cubic rate.

How do I check the format setting?

On the create label page look to the lower right where the current format is shown. If incorrect click on Change.

This happens sometimes - something on eBay's end changes a seller's settings from 4x6 labels on bulk to 8x11 labels. One seller said it happens when they switch between using PayPal and eBay funds to pay for labels. Here's a screenshot of how to change it back if you're using bulk labels:

This issue was very frustrating because the fix would only change the settings for the one time and go back to 2 per page. I would forget to change it and would purchased the labels in the wrong size again. This setting change happened after ebay changed the way the cost of labels would come from your account. I have mine come from PayPal so I went into my PayPal account and changed the label setting there to 4 x 6, and this solved my problem. I no longer have to change it each time in ebay when I do bulk shipping.
Hope this helps someone else.

PayPal no longer prints labels from ebay, so those settings are gone. In fact PayPal now uses ShipStation to print their labels. However, you can still charge postage to your PayPal account if you like.
