I hate how people use ebay like their local shoprite or walmart. They buy a pricy item and then decide to return it for no good reason. It's like, yes I can waste your time, energy and try your patience. it's allowed.

Because manny people are self centered, they care only about themselves, their interests, their convenience, any inconvenience or financial loss they may cause you does not affect them.

I don't get it. OP offers returns and then acts surprised when a buyer wants to return?

I don't know what motivated the OP to choose to accept returns, but many sellers fly the returns accepted banner for increased visibility but have no intention of actually taking a return. Sometimes you can see this in their description, as they put qualifiers such as, will only take returns if I have misrepresented something...and they never misrepresent anything. Sometimes you don't find this out until you get a legitimate SNAD and have to deal with abusive, hostile, accusatory, profanity laced messages over several days that are designed to intimidate the buyer into abandoning the return.
They may think every buyer is a scammer and there is no such thing as a legitimate SNAD.

No returns is still allowed as a seller policy. You might want to change to that.
Not saying you won't still get returns, because SNAD and the MBG override no returns policies.

It's just there for show? I don't know.
