Item went to wrong place?

I sent out a package to tx a week ago and according to the tracking it went to il. Is there a way yo track this back? I had sent out 2 other packages with that one and they got to their destinations correctly (i had orginally thought i mixed up 2 of the labels). Thanks!

Right now the USPS is having a lot of problems delivering.  Due to Covid 19 there are a lot of employees who are unable to work.  Some packages are being rerouted to other post offices.  There is a delay in many packages being delivered.

You may want to call the USPS, in IL the package is located at and request an update.  You may also want to notify your buyer and let them know there may be a delay due to the pandemic and advise them to check the tracking.  I hope your buyer understands.  Right now patience is the key.

I have been waiting for 10 days past delivery date for my package.  It is coming from about 15 miles away.  The seller advised me the package was shipped on March 30. The only reasons I did not open a case against the seller is I want the items and I have been dealing with him quite frequently.  Yesterday I called the USPS where it was sent and they were unable to give an update but stated it is in their system.  She did write the tracking down and told me once it shows in the system, she will see if she can get it sent out and will notify me.

My buyer is the one who pointed this out to me and yells at me constantly over it.

If you think you addressed it wrong you can issue a recall that will stop the package and send back to you-cost is about 15. If its addressed right itll get there eventually. good luck
