I purchased a action figure from a seller who claims to ship within 3 days. So day five I reach out and ask when they will ship my item they response with its shipping today.
So I just checked the tracking and the item I purchased is being sent back to the seller due to "Potentially hazardous or otherwise unmailable item".
Can I get my money back, tired of dealing with this seller.

Today is day three of the case and nothing from the seller but he has just posted my item for sale.

Shipping 5 days after buying with 3 days shipping could be ok depending when you paid. Week-ends and holidays don't count when figuring handling time.
If they used unsuitable packaging it would be returned to the seller. Then the seller would have to reship using an approved packaging. But you had eBay step in to give your money back instead.
Hopefully the seller didn't reship it because if they did you'll get a refund and the item.

If you read all the posts the seller ghosted me when USPS returned the item to him the same day he shipped.
I was told by several people that I am being scammed and I should contact eBay support ASAP and I did.
eBay support was kind enough to start the case early which today is day three and still no response from the seller. Tomorrow I can ask eBay to step in. Today I noticed the seller listed the item I purchased for sale. The pictures are the same. Not sure what this seller game is but he is definitely getting a negative review which I have never given to anyone.

Just after midnight Pacific time tonight, early Saturday morning eBay will automatically step on themselves, to review the tracking. Let us know @rtjazzrules after that, when you get your refund?

Case closed in my favor, refund issued. Seller was late to ship, shipped an un-mailable item, never responded to my messages and re-listed the item for sale during the 3 day waiting period. A real POS in my book.

Big shout out to xaxa-59 without your advice I would have had to wait another week to ask eBay to step in.
