Hi everyone not sure how this works but I had a question regarding an item I just bought. It said it was delivered in my mailbox by USPS but it wasn’t there so I was a little confused. Then I checked the tracking information and it said it was returned to the seller due to an incomplete address but the address is correct? I was thinking it could be the fact that the mailboxes in my apartment complex was changed to boxes with a two digit number on them (mail used to be dropped off at these mailboxes inside the building itself but now is just a bunch of boxes by the leasing office) these boxes don’t have our addresses just a box number. But I’m not sure if that could be it since I always get my mail regularly and I just ordered another item through a different website and It was inside of the box. I already contacted support but I still want the item and am wondering if maybe there’s any way the seller can ship it again and I can use a different address, any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks so much!

What does your post office say about this? That will be the first place to check. As far as eBay is concerned, a delivery was attempted.

All I got was an email saying it was delivered and when I opened the track package option this is what it said on the USPS website: “Your item was returned to the sender on October 7, 2023 at 4:26 pm in [address] because of an incomplete address”. This has never happened before with any package ever so i’m not really sure what to do in this situation
