There's been a couple of threads with similar issue - I (seller) submitted a tracking number with assigned carrier in customers country - Posti in Finland, Europe. It has not been updated here on eBay since day one and only says "tracking provided". After couple of days I tried to reupload the tracking number, change carrier to url of 17track (won't let me), zero improvement. Tracking on carrier site Posti work flawlessly - obviously.
Since there's no support available anymore, is there a chance to do something about it?
I've sent the package with priority mail so it arrived two weeks before eBay's estimate, I am not looking forward to have funds on hold for almost two months.

When you've entered tracking for other items that you have sent out, does it update? It's possible that ebay and your postal system don't communicate. You could send a message to ebay customer service via Facebook or Twitter with a link to the Posti page that is showing delivery. That might help to get the funds released.

Yes indeed, eBay customer service helped me through it - tracking itself did not change, still looks like it was just posted, but customer service rep marked it as delivered and released the funds.
For some reason option it is not possible to contact the customer service at all times. System would let me today, when I was trying to lurk around help & contact tab - contact us banner early morning. Might be , work hours / time zones related though, I tried it in past week during a day in GMT+2 time zone. Thanks for your help.
