I've been selling items for a couple have months and have been using the option of not knowing the weight and charging flat rates for my items. Now whenever I try to list an item it demands I enter the weight and dimensions of the item and even when I do this it wont let me use the flat rate or the free shipping option, it charges the estimated shipping cost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Do you not find your selection under 'SHIPPING/Shipping Policy' among the ones in the listing's drop-down menu?

If I've used a Shipping Policy before, it'll be in that list. I just scroll till I find it. Hope that helps...

Do you normally use business policies? You may have been opted in and the listing is using a business policy that ebay set up. If that is what is happening and you want to opt out, you should be able to do that on this page. https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/policyoptin

Small Flat Rate Box is not an option in the drop down list anymore. This is frustrating, there's no way to proceed with the listing without selecting a method, and I'm not sending a trading card booster pack in a medium box.

You could choose flat rate shipping, with generic "Priority Mail" and then enter the postage cost for the small FRB.

I don't see that you're selling trading card booster packs, but you can follow @nobody*s_perfect's good listing advice. You'll find the Small FRB ($8.10) when you go to print a label. That advice should help @the.hay.king, too.

When I click on sell now on one of your listings, I do see small flat rate box as an option in the listing form. I'm on a PC, perhaps you are using the app? I've read that a few people didn't see it because the dimensions they had entered were either too large or too small.
