I sell personalized products and it is common for buyers to purchase and many days later provide me with the information (image files, design description, etc...) needed to create their purchase. This buyer delay does not come into account when considering that I only have so many days of handling time. Needless to explain that it has been hopeless to attempt to become a Top Rated seller due Ebay rules for uploading tracking information on a timely manner...
Anyone else with a similar issue? Or anyone would know a way to fix this or get around it? Any information would be helpful...
