I want to set up shipping by order dollar amounts or by quantity for a set of items I sell. I want everything up to $19.99 to be one price and everything over that to be another price. I also want separate shipping settings for other items than the ones above that are flat rate no matter how many they buy for those items . It's been a long time since I messed with shipping settings and I remember back then it's not so straight forward. How can I set shipping up like I am asking about? Or is it not possible?
