So this is the second to third time this has happened to me recently and now I'm double triple checking the boxes and labels prior to me actually sending them out yet when the buyers are receiving them they're not the correct packages they're getting mixed up. Is it at all possible that eBay could be somehow mixing up the shipping labels when I purchase them and print them?please advise cuz last time It was a nightmare

I've never heard of that happening by fault of eBay labels. Every time I've seen this it's been seller error, putting the wrong label on the wrong package.
Did you save a copy of the labels (like downloading a PDF when you purchased them) so you can verify if the tracking #, address, etc matches what's on the order?

No ... eBay cannot be mixing up shipping labels, because it is the seller who attaches the label to the package.
Many sellers have had your experience ... but usually only ONCE. Because it IS a 'nightmare' to fix the problem ... they usually learn from their mistake the first time.

Do one package at a time to make sure you get it right.

Yes, it only happens once. The panic of reopening sealed package to be positive (am I SURE that's a green plate, not a pink vase?) will stop you from making that mistake twice. And no, the mistake has to be yours.
Great Moms turn them off first.

As you sell your items, package them up. On the front of the package where you'll stick the label write the last name, the item and the weight. At the end of the day, pick up one of the packages. Match the package to the correct item, print the label and apply it to the package. Lather, rinse, repeat. If you do this there is no way to switch labels.
