Hi,
I have a customer from Poland purchase an item recently. I bought label through eBay and everything seems fine. So the parcel made it to Chicago and since customer was stressing about the parcel being delivered already, I checked and found that it’s a USA hub for international shipping. However the second part of the address (in Poland itself) doesn’t match the address that the customer put in. Is there a second hub somewhere in Europe that redirects the parcels further? Or is it some identifier for the hub and they put additional label on the parcel after that? Thanks!

Sounds like the EIS (eBay international shipping) address in IL. Is there tracking showing that the package has arrived there? There is, AFAIK, no second hub in Europe.
We have seen several messages here about international packages languishing at the EIS location in IL for as long as several weeks. You might want to inform your buyer of that.

Yes, the tracking shows the parcel arrived to Chicago. The tricky part is that second part of the address, which is also in Poland (where the buyer is from) but doesn’t match the address the buyer put in. So I was wondering if it’s some form of identification for the parcel inside eBay hub so that they know where to forward parcel from there.

Google the address of the buyer to see what the building looks like. And google the "second part of the address (in Poland Itself)" to see if it's a commercial building or something. There is usually information on these commercial buildings if it is going there before the buyer's address.

If the label was printed through ebay and through the order, the second part of the address would be exactly what the buyer "put in" because it populates directly from what the buyer's information is.
