International orders - combine into 1 package?

Hello everyone! My understanding is that currently you cannot combine invoice/ship international orders sent through the eBay International Shipping program.

However, what are your thoughts on putting both items in 1 package, to the eBay ship center? I could manually add the same track to the 2nd item & mark it 'shipped.' Do you think they'll be looking for 2 packages? Or is it best to send each separately?

If the items were paid for separately they each have their own EIS number so they  must be shipped separately to the ship center.  If they were paid for together, they can be put in one package.
