There are two barcode tracking numbers on the label, first is to USA ebay shipping center in NJ. The second is an international tracking number starting with ESUS... Which one of these should be the acceptance Scan at the post office, or both?
The USPS scanners will only recognize the domestic barcode for their own tracking number to NJ. The other will be recognized by DHL once it's on the way out of the country.
