Greetings,
Looking at the USPS site there are many complaints about ISC Chicago international mail distribution center. I have a package of parts for my car that were shipped from Europe that has been sitting there for a month today. I could file a claim and get my money back but the small business takes the hit; but I am not going to file a claim and with hope this can be resolved.
Can eBay and its users use some of the power we seem to garner in supporting small business to get this problem resolved?
How about eBay, in the Newsletter we get, setting up a link to contact our Congress-people to let them know the problems with ISC Chicago?

The only thing I can say is what was the value of the shipment? Anything above $800 will require duties to be paid. Since you have tracking info, have you submitted a where is my mail claim? If it is waiting for duties, customs clearance, you should have received a notification in the mail, yes, I know, you get a letter from the post office with their "efficient" service.
This place is huge, as I've toured myself numerous times. I work for an international courier company located near the airport and I'm very familiar with this. I'm an actual customs broker.

Hello There, Can someone please help. There are numerous packages stuck in ISC, IL Chicago from over a month and they are not moving. I am a small business from india and there are lots of non delivery dispute cases on ebay. Please advise what to do, i do not have any contact, USPS is not moving packages, and now all the buyers are contacting and raising disputes for items not received which are already there in the USA and i can't do anything. WHat's going on with ISC Chicago. Please advise how to resolve this. Thank You.
