I really don't like the new listing form

I really don't like the new listing form as the previous version which so much simpler to use.  There is another problem that when I'm trying to input the shipping data the new listing form asks you to select a shipping method;

The three options offered are:

Standard shipping: small to medium items

Freight: oversized items

Local pickup only: Sell to buyers near you

If you have an oversize parcel and select the freight option you cannot input a shipping carrier or shipping charge.   The only way I could list my shipping carrier and lists a shipping charge was to select Standard Shipping. If I'm missing something let me know.  Nonetheless, every time they update things just get more difficult to navigate.

I totally agree, it's the craziest thing they have done in the 25 years I've been on here.  I have been having the same problems.  I think I figured it out.  Mine is when I was trying to send an item that should go first class it would put in parcel select, UPS and FedEx.  It would not let me put in First Class or Media mail.  I have local pickup as an option, and it will only let you have 4 choices.  So, I have unchecked the local pickup up option, then "select another option" will show beside the other 3.  I can then pick first class.  I then have to touch the three dots and to make it my preferred way of shipping.  Then I have to delete one of the other choices to go back to the local pickup button and turn it back on.  Or I guess I could have just deleted the UPS or FedEx.  I'm not sure if that will work for you but deleting some of the options, they automatically list is what I did.  You also click the 3 dots and that's where you delete an option.  Hope it works for you.  I haven't listed hardly anything for 2 weeks trying to figure this out.  I finally got mine to work tonight.
