a few weeks ago I purchased an iphone
after the transaction completed, I never received the item, also, my account was suspended and i dont know why. I am very frustrated and ive been trying to get a refund but nothing is working. somebody please help me. the item was $123 and i am not going to tolerate having my money stolen.
the item was also deleted from ebay. like i said i am very fed up since i made this new account to try to make people aware of this.

ive tried that but im not allowed to send a message to the seller or get help since the account is suspended so should I just call customer service?

I am pretty sure that if your account was suspended, eBay would let you know the reason why and insofar as this " i made this new account to try to make people aware of this" I believe that this a policy violation.
Perhaps if you do call CS, you will be able to find out why your account was suspended and get assistance with the phone claim and/or open a claim
