I have someone that has bought two items, yet are not combined as one purchase. How do I combine?

I have someone that has bought two items, yet are not combined as one purchase. How do I combine both items into one order?  Do I mark one as shipped?

Personally, I'd just package and ship them separately.

Each should have an item number, order number, tracking number to prove they were shipped and DELIVERED to the buyer.

If you just put them into one shipment, you may have the buyer report they didn't get one of the items.

You really don't need the trouble that will progress from there!
