Did you mean:

I have an issue with a buyer saying "No secure location is availible."

The buyer will have until Sun, May 15, 2022 to either revise the feedback or decline your request. If they decide not to respond or decline your request, please respect their decision.

I have been trying to get through to the buyer but the buyer is not responding to me. The USPS is holding this person's item at the post office.

Sketchy details, but I'll try to help.

Has the buyer opened a INR case? If so, post the tracking number on the case file, showing the tracking details, then block the buyer. You can also get the feedback removed, if you can show tracking proving delivery.

It sounds like you sent a feedback revision request to an unhappy, unresponsive buyer who still does not have his item.

You are putting the cart before the horse IMHO.

Find the View Order Details action on your Sold items page for that item. (Click the little Down Arrow in the Actions column, then scroll to the bottom of the little popup menu that appears. Don't confuse it with "View payments details" which is higher up in that same menu.) In the Purchase Details section of that page, click the link for "See buyer info" to bring up his phone number, and call him to straighten this out.

You may have shot off your feedback revision ammunition already, judging from the quote you posted, but if he has not responded to that yet, it may not be too late to salvage that if you can reach him by phone. Don't wait around for an email response as it sounds like he may not have seen your previous message(s).

Don't exactly understand the issue here.

The buyer is not the one who said, "No secure location is available."  The USPS or whoever was delivering the package is the one that stated that.  The buyer needs to contact that entity to get his package delivered; otherwise, it will be returning to you in a few weeks.

I did what you said, and the only thing that appears under "More Actions" Is Sell Similar Item.

I'm not sure which page you're seeing. I'm on the Seller Hub page... click on Orders, and select All Orders so that you're viewing items already shipped. Try this link to get there:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

Find your sold litem and click on the Down Arrow in the Actions column. (It doesn't matter what Action is actually showing there as the default choice.) A popup menu of other options will appear. Scroll down the popup menu to find "View order details" near the bottom. Don't confuse it with "View payment details" further up:

On the Order Details page that appears, find the buyer info in the Purchase Details section, and click on the Down Arrow for "See buyer info" to reveal his eBay encrypted email address (which vanishes after two weeks) and his phone number (which remains indefinitely). If you can reach him by phone, one call should have this all straightened out,
