Hi.
Right away I apologize for my bad english. I have a problem with a salesman. The first time was late the pack, he said he would send me a new package. That was all okay, then ebay closed the discussion. But the problem goes on and I do not know how to report ebay because that pack does not exist on my list of purchased products. From the e-mail (which I set as a picture), there is a discussion between the salesman and me and it can be seen how long it is, and he only promises to send money, but nothing. It lasts for 3-4 months. Can anyone help me?

Your seller has strung you along until your Ebay guarantee period expired. (it's 30 days from the estimated delivery date)
Go to Paypal, find the transaction there and file an item not received complaint. You have 180 days from the date of purchase to file, so you need to hurry.

If you paid with PayPal, search for your payment by its date at:
Next, select I haven't received my item, and open a dispute:When that's done, go back immediately --
and and click Escalate to PayPal hidden near the bottom of the page.
After that, you will get a refund in 11 days or less.
