Reason for return: Wrong item sent (seller sent OMRON BP629 when I buyed OMRON BP710n (UPPER ARM). I requested a return or refund

I opened a case with Ebay

EBAY answered: You need to return this item. Please ship the item back by Mar 17. Print an eBay label or get your own and add tracking details within 7 days of shipping the item. We'll send a refund when tracking shows the item is delivered.

I was trying to print the label but I receive this message always: Sorry we're not able to process the label at this time, please try again later.

It,s crazy. I don’t know that I can do now. Thanks for your help.

If you can't print the label the seller sent to you, follow the instructions above.

This sometimes happens to all of us.  Just try again.  Persistence usually pays off.  If you try a few times and it still doesn't work.  Try again a bit later.  Eventually it will work.

If you have tried multiple times, and it still is not working, try downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and then click that PRINT RETURN LABEL button again.

If the OP was told by eBay they could keep the original item, why would eBay then say they have to ship it back? It seems even the seller was on board with them keeping the original item as well.

I'm not reading that the same way as you.  To me, the start of their story was the buyer and seller working together via email.

It wasn't until. March that the OP opened a claim in Ebay after the seller did not follow through with their previous agreement.  Now Ebay is naturally saying return for refund.

Yes, the OP clearly states she started a return.

eBay shows that you are registered in Spain so if you and the seller are in different countries you won't be able to print a return label. The seller would have to send you the money for the return shipping before you send it back.  But since the seller originally said to keep the item I'm not sure if you are now able to ask ebay to step in since you don't have the correct item or money for a return label.   Are you and the seller in different countries?
