I bought items as a guest and not received them even after the promised dates

I have made 2 purchases.

1) Item No. 202082787310 & Transaction ID. 1601402914010

2) Item No. 142483094060 & Transaction ID. 1471791872004

Even after the promised delivery time, have no information on the items. Tracking numbers given are not traceable by the General Post Office in Dubai. Its totally a mess.

Contact seller, wait for seller's reply.

You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a item not received case with ebay, do not run out the time waiting for the item.

There is no promised by date. There is an estimated delivery date.  How long is it past the estimated delivery date?   If it's only a few days past you just need to give it more time.

Your ID is USA, but you're worried that the packages are not traceable by General Post Office in Dubai or are you from Dubai ? If so,  then Yes, as the other posters have suggested file an INR immediately. Just in case you didn't know, anything sent from the US via first class and some Priority Services (Flat Rate) are not traceable. So go ahead and file.

Priority flat rate IS trackable internationally to over 180 countries. And first class is now trackable to quite a few countries but not Dubai.
