How to void shipping shipping label.

I need to void a shipping label so I did some research but but couldn't find any info that would help. I go to my order > shipping labels > action, it shows 3 options and no void label is showing. This the first label I had to void. Below is the options that I get.

1. Reprint label.

2. Print another label.

3. Print packing slip.

Anyone else having this problem? Need help.

If it's a USPS label then you should be able to void it up to 5 days after purchase.

If it's a label for UPS or FedEx then you won't have a void option because those labels aren't charged to your account until they're scanned into the carrier's system.

It's USPS label. Yes that's what I have read but I haven't found the void label option.  I have read the article on voiding a label and it read under action click void label, but that option doesn't show. Thanks.

If you’re still having issues with this, I might be able to help. From your orders on Seller Hub, click on > Paid and shipped (not shipping labels) and locate the order you need to void the label for. To the left of where you see “shipped Jul 7” (if you purchased the label today) there should be a box you can check to select the order. After checking the box and selecting the order, you’ll then see above all your orders you can click on “shipping” to open a drop-down menu. From the drop-down menu, I think you’ll have the ability to void the shipping label? 

If I remember correctly, that worked for me last month. Just don’t expect to be refunded for the voided label anytime soon. It took nearly three weeks for USPS to approve and eBay to credit my account with a refund on the shipping label.

If eBay standard delivery envelope the process my be different than regular "voiding" of a label

I don't use those, just tossing that out their as a possibility

Ah, yes, IIRC I did read that those cannot be voided.

Thanks for all the help but the suggestions hasn't worked. Maybe you can't void the eBay standard shipping label. That's what the label was.
