Feeling a bit like an idiot here. I've sold hundreds of items but nothing in maybe the last 6 or so months. I logged in today and it looks like a whole new selling interface. I've read the eBay help stuff and it looks like I'm missing the option that's suggested.
Under the Domestic Shipping heading, I can specify a drop-down to "Flat rate", which is what I want. But there is no box to enter what that rate actually is. There used to be a box that you just typed the shipping cost into. I have the option to specify a type of domestic service, but those all have associated shipping ranges. I want to charge a fixed cost and for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it with this new interface. What am I clearly missing?
