How to ship items from Russia to buyers by GPS?

Hello everyone,

I'm a seller from russia. I've just started selling on ebay. I searched a lot about my problems but unfortunately can't find anything. Please guide me axactly with how I can send the items that are sold from my city in Russia to the buyers by using GPS ( Global Program Shipping )?

I mean offline situation. I changed settings and chose Global Program Shipping, I mean after packing the orders which place or office in my city I should take them and give them to send? 

I also have another question, If I have returning products from buyers how can I receive them?

I send an email to eBay but they didn't answer me.

Please help me with this.

Your item's eligibility for the Global Shipping Program:

• The item must be physically located in the US

Here's how it works:

• You ship the item to a US shipping center

I think and somehow sure that we don't have US shipping center in Russia. There should be another way to work with eBay from Russia. 

Please guide me whith this.

You can't be in Russia and sell via ebay's Global Shipping Program.

@topestshop The global shipping program is not available in Russia. It's only available in the UK and the US. Both you and the item must be in either the UK or the US. You can't use the GSP.

You use your country's postal system to ship your items sold on ebay to your buyers.
