Why don't you want them to open a return?

Then email it as an attachment to the buyer's email address shown in the PayPal transaction Details page.

It's not working the way I would expect. It will not let me change the sender address, the sender will be the buyer. I put my address in as ship to, but I can't change the ship from. It defaults to me. It shows me as ship from and ship to.

If you're the return address, then if it cannot be delivered to you, it will be returned to you at the same "undeliverable" address: So coming or going, you'll get the package.

Yes, but they would still need to select the option to change the ship-from zip code to ensure the label is for the proper postage. This is easy to do:

OP you can e-mail the label to paypal e-mail address and also attach a jpg to an ebay message just to ensure there's a record of it within eBay.

I agree with above poster - why can't the buyer request a return through eBay? If you're accepting the return there would not be a defect.

Yeah that was the whole issue, I was trying not to get a defect. I posted a shirt using a stock photo to show fit , but I also post pics of the real item. I guess the buyer didn't read the listing or look at the pics, because she emailed and said the shirt was not the color described. It was, but she was just referring to the stock photo. I guess she didn't read the title or description. I didn't want her to put in a return because I was thinking I would get a SNAD. I wanted to send her a return label hoping it would avoid a defect, and her opening a return. Honestly all the ebay changes are making me nervous now, and afraid I'm going to be in trouble for everything. I wish people would top using there phones to order on ebay (I know that's a stupid thing to say), but people are not reading the listings. 2 others this week ordered the wrong size, and I know because they are using the app.
I understand now I won't get a defect, wasn't thinking clearly in the beginning.
Thank you!!
