hi, I almost forgot on 1 item I never recived. Seller ask me to open a case for the refund, but its not pssible cus its quite an old and even when Im trying open request its find just new items from purchase history..what to do?thanks for help
If it's over 60 days old, you probably won't find a record of it on eBay -- try PayPal, where there should be a record of the sale up to 6 months. If it's over 6 months, it's too late to request a refund. Sorry!
How old is it exactly? Ebay gives you 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open a case. If you paid through PayPal, they give you 180 days past the transaction date to open a case. If you're past both those dates, try your credit card company if you paid with a cc. Otherwise, you're just out of luck.
