How to obtain Fedex signature on labels purchased via eBay?

Hi, recently sold a $5,000 item. Shipped via Fedex Signature Required. Buyer claimed item was stolen. Fedex Tracking showed it was signed by someone in a different name of the Buyer. Buyer filed a police report and a dispute / item not received. I responded to the dispute with all information I can get from Fedex tracking site. Unfortunately because I don't own the Fedex Account, Fedex does not show the actual signature image to me.

eBay rep is asking me to provide the actual signature image. They said that is the proper proof of delivery. How can I get it? I am concerned if I don't provide the image, I may lose the case and lose $5,000. The tracking clearly said "signed by XXX" already. Who can I work with in eBay?

I just tried both methods. They cannot do it. They asked me to talk to FedEx customer support ...

If it was FEDEX Ground, I would not believe the buyer actually signed, or that it was signed at the delivery address.

It could even still be on the truck. FEDEX Ground contractors often cut corners to meet their metrics. Never ringing a doorbell, marking delivered days before they attempt a delivery and other abuses.
