How to contact eBay when couriers are blaming eBay for wrong emails of consignors/consignees?

Four parcels are "on the road"  from Germany to Finland since March 4-9th. They had arrived to the pick-up address, however they have not been delivered, they have been automatically returned without arrival notification; neither the consignee nor the consignors have got these parcels.  Now, finally,  the couriers are blaming eBay for wrong emails of consignors/consignees.
