How to contact GSP as a buyer as my items being returned to US

Hi all,

Looking for help here.

I am an overseas buyer and due to some document reasons some of my items were being returned to US. And the seller wants me to contact EBay GSP.

Do you guys know how to contact GSP and ask them to return the sellers so they can help to ship back again.

I don't think that it is your responsibility to do that, but you can try asking for a call back at the bottom of this page.  https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/shipping-delivery/changing-delivery-address-method/international-pu...

But, being that you are in Taiwan, I don't know if they will call you back. If they don't, you'll need to contact the seller again and have them contact eBay. 

If the seller is not cooperative, you'll need to file a INR claim after the estimated delivery dates have passed.
