How to change payment for shipping sold items?

I always offer free shipping to my Ebay customers. When I first switched from PayPal to Ebay payouts, Ebay would just take the cost of postage/shipping the customer goods out of my "payout" & then deposit the left over into my bank.

For some reason, now Ebay takes the cost of postage out of my "PAYPAL" account rather than deducting the shipping cost from my final E-bay payout on each transaction.

How do I get Ebay to take cost of postage out of my payout rather than my PayPal account?

Can't find the setting for this. Thank you!

On the bottom left of the shipping label page there is a section that says select how to pay.  Check the box for "your funds". If you do this once, it will retain it as the default option.
