Good morning! I am selling a preorder item - an album that is being released December 11th. There are a bunch of them for sale on ebay and I noticed that one of the sellers was able to extend his shipping time past 30 days. I don't have that option when selecting my handling time on the "create a listing" page. I was wondering if anyone knows where else I might find this option? Thanks in advance for any help!
BTW, I have same day handling on all my other listings and would like to keep them at same day if possible.

It is not possible to set a handling time longer than 30 days. Maybe you misunderstood the listing that you saw; can you share the listing number so we can see it too? You have to wait, and list the item when the remaining time before release is less than 30 days. IIRC this is not purely an eBay policy, it's an FTC regulation that items have to be shipped within 30 days after payment.

Here is a link to eBay's Presale Policy:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/presale-listings-policy?id=4252
"Presale listings must clearly state that they are "presale" in the title and description, and guarantee delivery within 30 days of purchase."

Thanks guys. Sigh, I guess I'll tell the buyer the sad news that he will have to wait to purchase, he was not pleased about having to cancel and repurchase. Here's the one with the extended handling, I saw 31-35 days somewhere but of course, now I don't see it.
