Someone in Canada bought one of my items and paid to be shipped by Priority Package International. Without realizing it, I printed a shipping label for shipping by First Class International, which is cheaper. When I realized my mistake, I wanted to cancel the label and print one for Priority Package International. But there is no way for me to cancel the first label. I don't see any option to do this. Any suggestions on how to cancel a label and print another?

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

When I go to the Actions column, all I get is "Reprint Label", "Print Another Label" and "Print Packing Slip". There is no "Void Label" choice.

Did you use the eBay international label? I can't recall the name of this, but it isn't charged to you until it is used/scanned. It is usually above international first class.

Sellers hub click orders -on the left should be a heading for shipping labels. Beware I could not get it to open on a mobile last year for months but just last month it opened on my mobile but now I can't get messages to open from my Ebay but can from sellers hub......got me, stuff has a mind of it's own.

Are you charged for shipping when you buy/print the label or when the package is scanned by USPS?

When you purchase a USPS label you charged right away. With Fedex, UPS and eBay International Standard Shipping, you are charged later on.
