There is no evidence that the virus can be transmitted by products that have been shipped anywhere.

Completely independent of that, mail shipments from China are being delayed because so many airlines have cancelled all flights. Most mail and post office items are carried in the cargo hold on passenger flights, but because the passenger flights have all been cancelled, the post office items are not able to be transported.

It is not recommended to purchase anything that will be shipped from China or an affected country at the moment, including Europe. If you have an order in process, expect severe delays. Be patient, but don't let any deadlines pass.
