Hi,
Long story short, I usually buy items from a guy in UK (Im from Chile), and I've been receiving the items in 1 month aprox (the same with Aliexpress), the problem is that I placed 2 orders, the 18 and 23 of february respectively, I received the first one after a month but its 3 of may and no signs of the other.
I dont want to harm the seller by asking for a refund, as I usually buy to him but the wait has been so long that Im getting really uncomfortable.
If I ask for a refund, will I harm the seller? The amount is 234 USD aprox.
Regards !

@paohes0 No you would not be harming a seller by asking for a refund. However you are too late for this platform. On eBay you have 30 days to open a case for item not received. Your only solution now is to open a case via the method you used to pay for this item.
You should first reach out to this seller and see what they are willing to do for you. They are not obligated to refund you after all this time. They probably think you received the item a long time ago since you never said anything. Now you understand for the future how it works on here. Best of luck to you....

I paid via Paypal and the tracking code shows that I havent received the Item, but by looking at the code it shows that the item has been stopped several weeks in different process.
If it doesnt harm the seller then I'll try to get a refund via Paypal,
Regards !
