How does global shipping work?

I have selected global shipping and  some of the orders come through with the global shipping address to Kentucky. I thought all the items that were eligible would work this way.  Lately Ive been getting tons of orders from all over the world that have the customers regular address. Im not able to process it like that and I have to cancel the order due to undeliverable address. Why are they coming through like that? What am I doing wrong? People are getting mad and Im getting negative reviews. Please help.

I am in Australia & the items I see do NOT ship with the GSP.

The pack of Jig Saw blades shows a Shipping Cost of...drum roll...wait for it...$145.00 to my Location

I looked at the others & one shows 3 different shipping costs of UP TO $675!!!

I don't have a store so I think you better stick around for some advice from someone who does.

IMO you should end those listings until you know what to do before your f/b % drops even further

Very few of your listings show up with the gsp. I see a few of them showing shipping worldwide with shipping costs of $145and up.   I don't use the gsp though so perhaps someone who does can help you.
