How do you Combine 2 orders that are paid for shipping

I'm under shipping and check off on each order then go to print shipping label but it is not combing the 2 orders. Both items are paid for and have free shipping so I need to print one shipping label for both orders.

How do I do this. Thanks

Both going to same address?  If not, that would prevent it. 

Are you using Seller Hub?  I find Bulk Shipping works smoother there.

Pick one item and follow through the Shipping process to buy and print the label as usual. Then go back for the second item, select "Mark as Shipped" off its Action menu, and then select "Add Tracking Number" from the menu. Type in the tracking number that you received for your Shipping label, so that both items are now showing as Shipped, and both are showing the same tracking number.

That's what I have to do now, but there use to be a combine shipping in the drop down menu but it's now gone. I called ebay and the person told be just to click on the combine shipping in the drop down menu, I told her it's gone she checked and said I don't know what happen to it I used it myself let me call someone. I was put on hold and she came back and said they have no idea what happened to it. That's where we ended.
