A buyer won an item yesterday and another item tonight. I've yet to print the labels out as I'm trying to merge them into one shipment, but I'm not seeing the option. eBay is seeing both as one label per item. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
Thanks!

If you haven't purchased the labels yet, just pack both items, weigh them and issue one single label for the entire package. When you purchase the label you'll see that you can save the tracking number. Just enter the tracking number on the second item in your orders tab on the seller hub. You can refund any extra shipping.

1. Go to your awaiting shipment page :https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
2. Select the items you want to combine, then click print shipping label from the drop down menu. This will show all your items together as one package with one tracking number.
3. Make your weight adjustments so you can print the label with the correct postage.
4. Print your label.

This ended up working, but I am curious to know how, if I want to insure all items in the package, how would I be able to do this since the only value they are able to assess is the one specific item I'm using as a base auction and eBay does not recognize a value over the final bid price?
Thanks!

As for insurance, one consideration with respect to combining shipping would be the coverage automatically included for Priority Shipping. If you combined items, the combined selling price may exceed that amount and then you'd need to pay for extra coverage. Still cheaper usually than multiple shipments, but is a cost you may want to factor in.
