i'll just buy 2 items from china seller but he sent me wrong item and, i'll return to him but i'll cant edit tracking number i'll ask seller but no respond from him help me please
I would call eBay and tell them what happened. We had to return an item once and it was filled in like that. We did not recieve the return label in the mail. We waited for a few days to see if it would come and like you we contacted the seller by email. The seller did not reply so we packed up the item and shipped it back to the seller. We called eBay with our tracking number and they verified that the seller had recieved the item. eBay refunded us then and there for the seller that did this. I don't know how you would send the item back to china but maybe eBay customer service will have a way for you to do that. Good Luck
