How can I add a second shipping option to my listings?

I haven't listed anything on eBay in about 6 months, so I was expecting yet another unnecessary "update" to the listing form, but it appears the option to select multiple shipping services is gone. 

 I can pick one carrier/service, but that's it. I can't find a check box or "More..." or anything to add a second option. For example: Parcel Select and Priority Mail.

I've searched eBay help and can only find articles older than 2018 on the issue. I also read something about "creating shipping policies" and whatnot, but all I need to do is add another shipping option to the listing. I don't need to change anything globally. 

I've been an eBay member since 1998 and this is by far the most frustrating simple task I've tried to accomplish.

Is there a simple, easy way to just "ADD" another shipping option to my listings?

It is pretty simple...not sure what you're not seeing. Are you using the "simple listing" form? or one that looks like this:

How do you select that option of selling? I don't see that when I try to sell neither.

Change to business tool option. Simple answer but nobody actually answers that. Strange, I searched and searched before I found someone answer that with one simple sentence. Lmfao.
