Yes, the account was blocked..4 days after I opened the account..I know how to act or what to do.?

If you have access to your account and it operates, it's not blocked! You're here. You maybe blocked from selling or buying but I can't see why!? Maybe you need to complete your application 

a) Where did the message came from? Let's assume it's from eBay and if it isn't, you need to ignore it

b) Go to account settings,

Check and see if you need to add or correct anything. You need to check one by one and look for red flags. I'll start with Payment Information and move to your addresses 

c) Contact eBay. You're in Spain, so you need to figure that one out by yourself
